Boil Arabi
Peel It.
Cut it into peices
Jeera, Ginger paste, Chili paste, Hing, KAri patta
Fry all in oil.
Tomatoes --- Cut into pieces
Add Tomato in pan after Jeera and parties are fried well..
Allow to cook untill oil gets separated from tomatoes.
Add Arabi and some curd and water as per need.
Allow to cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
Recepie tastes good n full of nutrition but no need to add water i guess.add some coriander and mint leaves in gravy for a good taste. Kavita.
