Oat Dates Halwa (Sweet) Vegan

High in fiber and Iron. Natural sweetener.. 











Preparation time:10 min 
Cooking Time :15 min
Serves : 2

2 tbs oat powder
3 piece of dates or 3 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder 

 1 cup water

1.Roast oats for 5 mins on medium flame on heavy bottom pan. Grind it finely. You may also get ready made roasted oat powder.
2.While oat is getting roasted boil water. Add mashed dates in it.
3.In heavy bottom pan take roasted oat powder stir it for 2 mins.
4. Add water and dates mixture in it. Stir it continuously and cook for 4 min till its thickened. 
5. Delicious Halwa is ready. Garnish with dried fruits like Cashew/Pista/Almonds.



Tips:
1. Oats powder can be prepared in advance.
